Professor Protein is a new Brand name owned by Amazing Grazing Foods Ltd a business established in March 2013. It prides itself on creating and developing delicious foods without compromising taste regardless of the type of food category it is launching products into.

Amazing Grazing Foods has heritage and history within its portfolio as it owns the Hadleigh Maid chocolate Brand too. In March 2013 Amazing Grazing took on the ownership of the Hadleigh Maid Brand and the factory and retaining the family husband and wife team (now 2nd Generation) who have been making their chocolate products since 1976. The development of the Professor Protein Brand called upon the family’s 41 years of experience to come up with the best chocolate bars it could with the highest protein level possible as it felt there was certainly a gap in the market for protein Chocolate / snack Bars that did not compromise on flavour and taste. It proved a real challenge and 18 months plus in the new product development stage but after a great deal of experimentation and determination we believe we have cracked it.

Dark Chocolate with Coconut & Raspberry - 20g Protein

Milk Chocolate with Sea Salt & Caramel - 20g Protein

Milk Chocolate with Fruit & Nuts - 19g Protein

The bars are all 75g, packed in clear sealed film and vibrant fully branded card sleeve all presented proudly in a full colour CDU containing 10 bars.
