Pour into a microwavable mug and heat* on full power for 60-90 seconds, stir and consume. BEFORE BED OR IN BETWEEN MEALS / CHOCOLATE MOUSSE:Add two level scoops (30g) to a bowl and then add 150ml of water (or milk) and mix with a spoon or whisk for 20-30 seconds. Place in a refrigerator for 45 minutes.
